Itinerary

Mon – Arrival in Bournemouth
Travel to the Dorset coast and check in at the Suncliff Hotel. Enjoy tea or coffee on arrival, then spend the afternoon relaxing or taking a stroll along the East Cliff before dinner.

Tues– Christchurch & Highcliffe Castle
After breakfast, visit the historic town of Christchurch, known for its pretty harbour, riverside walks and impressive Priory. Continue to Highcliffe Castle, where you can explore the free grounds and Castle Kitchen. Please note that entry to the main castle is optional and carries an additional charge. Return to the hotel for dinner.

Wed – Dorchester & Salisbury
This morning explore Dorchester, Dorset’s county town, with its Roman history, museums, shops, cafés and lively Wednesday market. Then travel to Salisbury to wander its medieval streets or visit the magnificent cathedral, home to the country’s tallest spire and the famous Magna Carta (admission extra). Return for dinner.

Thu – Weymouth & Portland Bill
Head along the Jurassic Coast to Weymouth, known for its sandy beach and bustling harbour. In the afternoon continue to Portland Bill to admire dramatic cliffs, rugged scenery and the iconic lighthouse (visitor centre and lighthouse climb extra). Return to the hotel for dinner.

Fri – Departure
After breakfast, bid farewell to Bournemouth and begin your journey home.
