In the morning,  make our way to Halifax; The Piece Hall, nestled amongst a dramatic landscape of rolling hills and wooded valleys at the centre of Halifax. This hidden gem makes an ideal destination to visit,  as well as time to peruse the unique shops and eateries.

The Grade I listed Piece Hall, Halifax is a rare and precious thing, an architectural and cultural phenomenon which is absolutely unique.

PLEASE NOTE This does not include a guided tour at the Piece Hall. You will have time at leisure here. 

In the afternoon, we visit Holmfirth, the home of the Last of the Summer Wine! 

Sitting in the heart of the breathtaking Holme Valley, this picture-postcard town is popular with walkers and wildlife lovers alike. Holmfirth is the renowned location of the TV classic Last of the Summer Wine. It’s super vibrant, with a full yearly calendar of  amazing events on in the town and lots to see, it even has it’s own Vineyard!. It’s jam packed with fantastic independent businesses, and is well worth a visit!
